Charitable purpose

Charities for Disadvantaged Communities (Charity for Disadvantaged Communities) is organized as a U.S. 501(c)(3) public charity. Public IRS classification places the organization in NTEE P20 — Human Service Organizations (Multipurpose).

In plain terms, our purpose is to advance charitable human-services work that benefits disadvantaged communities. Day-to-day activities are directed by leadership and may include community assistance, partnerships, and related charitable support consistent with 501(c)(3) requirements.
